David swift
David is a design consultant with experience representing clients in interior design, lighting design, and real estate development.
His style is “Modern European”, with a focus on natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and atmospheric lighting.
David has worked on multiple high-end residential and commercial projects in Maui, Hawaii; London, England (where he is from); and Private Islands in the Caribbean (British Virgin Islands and Bahamas). He considers himself as self-taught - learning on projects by working along side some of the leading architects, interior designers, lighting designers and furniture makers in the world. Being self taught - and having to have learned how to build and deliver the ideas he proposed - gives David a unique insight into successful delivery of a wide range of projects.
Prior to working in design, David trained professionally at leading Management Consultancy firm Accenture where he specialised in business strategy and customer experience design, as well as gaining extensive project management experience. He brings this business astuteness and focus on end-user-experience to each project.
David graduated in the top 5% of his Business School, and holds a 1st class honours degree in Business and Economics from the University of Exeter. After graduating from business school, he attended the KLC School of Design in London. He was awarded the Arkwright Scholarship for Design whilst a student at Sevenoaks School in Kent.
